At THE UNITED JEWELRY, we use advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology combined with expert craftsmanship to create precise, high-quality jewelry designs.
What Is CAD Design?
CAD design allows us to create 3D digital models of jewelry before production. This helps ensure:
Accurate proportions
Precise stone placement
Better visualization of the final piece
Design Process Steps
1. Design Discussion
Customer shares design idea, reference images, or requirements.
We discuss metal type, stones, size, and budget.
2. CAD Creation
Our designers create a 3D CAD model based on the approved details.
The CAD shows structure, dimensions, and stone settings.
3. CAD Review & Approval
CAD images or videos are shared with the customer.
Minor changes are allowed at this stage.
Production begins only after final CAD approval.
4. Production
After approval, the design moves to casting, setting, polishing, and finishing.
This stage follows strict quality checks.
CAD Revisions
Minor revisions are included.
Major design changes may incur additional charges.
Once CAD is approved, no further design changes are possible.
CAD Fees
CAD/design fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
CAD files remain the intellectual property of THE UNITED JEWELRY unless otherwise agreed.
Timeline
CAD design time: 3–7 business days
Production time: depends on design complexity and is communicated after approval.
Important Notes
CAD images are digital representations; the final handmade piece may have slight variations.
Stone size, weight, and overall dimensions may vary slightly due to craftsmanship.
