  • The item must be returned in original packaging
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or engraved jewelry
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Items returned after the return period

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required.
• After verification, THE UNITED JEWELRY will offer:
  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Partial or full refund (as applicable)

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of wrong or defective items.

International Orders

• Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
