Production begins only after approval from the customer.

Processing Time

Custom jewelry requires additional time due to handmade craftsmanship.
Estimated processing time: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on design complexity).

No Returns or Refunds

Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes orders made according to specific customer instructions.
Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

Design Variations

Slight variations in color, finish, weight, or texture may occur due to handmade processes.
Such variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Custom Orders

If you receive a custom item that is:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Not made according to the approved design
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution (repair or replacement).

Please ensure all customization details are correct before approval.
THE UNITED JEWELRY is not responsible for errors made in customer-provided information (names, sizes, dates, etc.).
