Customs Clearance Delays

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund
- In some cases, no refund may be possible if the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs

Required Documentation

We provide accurate customs declarations as required by law.
We do not mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.
